Exchange of tickets

No later than the day before performance: You can
change dates or times (only for the same performance.)
¢º The day
of performance : No exchanges allowed unless there
are still tickets available.
Then, you can exchange tickets
by paying a commission fee of 10%
¢º Ticket exchange is possible
no later than one hour before the performance.
(Exception: you can't exchange the ticket
of hall-hire performance on the day of performance.)
¡Ø Recital Hall Performances - Use by telephone for ticketing
¡Ø Gallery(Art/Design) Exhibitions - Purchase tickect in front of SAC galleries

or less prior to the performance : No refund
Exception: you can't refund the
ticket of hall-hire performance on the day of performance.
